With over 12 years in real estate, George holds a BSc (hons) in Property Management from Greenwich. After setting up several property acquisition company's, and an insurance advisory firm GAD Cooperation he shifted his focus to property full-time.

As Owner of the Polyteck Group, a well-established building services firm, George Co led its growth to over 150 staff and a vast property services maintenance portfolio.

The inception of Goldman Greg in 2020 allowed George to combine his real estate and property services knowledge, advising investors, developers housing Associations looking to scale their property operations in the UK.

Keen to move away from transactional estate agency models, George strives for a fully integrated property management services in both Public and Private sector markets.

John is the CO-Founder of Goldman Greg Ltd. John began his career a humble Electrician in the 70s and went on to create his first company 35 years ago. John has gone on to be chairman to several companies today one of which,(Polyteck) has a £28 million turnover.

Victoria has a wealth of knowledge and experience throughout the prime London property market and has become a trusted agent for a plethora of Vendors and Landlords across the capital. Victoria focuses heavily on always providing an honest and transparent service; something that has meant her client retention levels are second to none.

Finance Manager

With over 15 years of experience, Geerish joined Goldman Greg in 2020 and is a core member of the team. He ensures all the accounting functions run smoothly and has built a professional rapport with our clients.

Leutrim, hailing from North London with over 6 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializes in lettings. Cultivating strong relationships with both tenants and landlords brings me immense satisfaction, and I find joy in assisting others.

Sophia started her career in the property industry shortly after graduating from Brighton University and moving to London in 2019. Her communication and sales skills quickly granted her top negotiator and allowed her to progress to a managerial role. Having worked for both corporate and independent agencies around London, Sophia brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is passionate about helping secure the best quality tenants for her clients and prides herself in providing excellent customer service to all.

Nasia is our Associate and has extensive knowledge within the property sector, having worked in lettings and sales for over 10 years. Here at Goldman Greg, Nasia is responsible for acquisitions and lettings, property management and is on hand to help with all tenant/landlord enquiries and needs.

In 2020 Ann-Marie accepted an opportunity to change direction and move in to HR, she has since completed her CIPD and has been the HR Manager for the company ever since. Ann-Marie is also responsible for the Accreditations of the company Including CMP, PRS and investors in people.

Guy is responsible for internal operations including, IT, Fleet, Procedures/controls and general compliance.

With over 15 years' experience of working within the property industry , Indi has developed a strong skill set in property management. Indi's expertise covers overseeing residential properties and block management. Indi has a strong work ethic and focuses on exceeding targets.
